1. This process method has a high injection rate in the early stage, and as the injection time prolongs, the injection rate gradually decreases, which can significantly eliminate internal stress.

2. Gas assisted injection molding: It is the process of injecting high-pressure nitrogen gas directly into the plasticizing plastic inside the mold cavity through the main and auxiliary controllers (segmented pressure control systems), causing the plastic part to expand internally and become hollow, but still maintaining the integrity of the product and appearance. This process is applicable to products under the following three conditions: one side of the workpiece has a smooth surface; Even if the thickness of the workpiece is uneven or the material thickness at the bottom of the reinforcing rib is too thick, this technology can still shape the surface of the workpiece into a qualified product without any dents; There are no pores. Because the gas is not injected into the plastic, it does not form pores inside the finished product.
