1. Product design and development

2. Mold manufacturing

3. Selection and Setting of Injection Molding Machines

Parameter setting: Set the temperature, pressure, speed, and time parameters of the injection molding machine to ensure that the molten plastic can be smoothly injected into the mold and solidified into shape.
4. Raw material preparation and drying
Raw material selection: Choose plastic raw materials that meet the product requirements.
Drying treatment: Dehumidification treatment is applied to the raw materials that need to be dried to prevent moisture from affecting the quality of injection molded products.
5. Injection molding
Feeding: Add the dried plastic raw materials into the hopper of the injection molding machine.
Melting: Plastic raw materials are heated and melted into a liquid state in the barrel of the injection molding machine.
Injection: Under high pressure, molten plastic is injected into the mold cavity through the nozzle and the gating system of the mold.
Pressure holding cooling: After injection is completed, maintain a certain pressure to fill the mold cavity with plastic and cool it to solidify.
Open the mold and take out the injection molded parts: After the plastic is completely cured, the mold is opened and the injection molded parts are taken out.
6. Post processing and quality inspection
Remove burrs and edges: Use a trimming knife or other tool to remove burrs and edges from injection molded parts.
Surface treatment: Spray coating, electroplating, polishing and other surface treatments as needed.
Quality inspection: Inspect injection molded parts in terms of size, appearance, performance, etc., to ensure that product quality meets design requirements.
7. Packaging and Storage
Packaging: Packaging qualified injection molded parts to prevent damage during transportation and storage.
Storage: Put the packaged injection molded parts into storage and wait for shipment or further processing.
